How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  3. Package Your Items Securely
    Place the unused, unopened products in their original packaging with all seals intact. Include your original packing slip or order confirmation.

Refund Information

Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we’ll process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method:

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-7 business days to appear on your statement
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days to reflect in your account

Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we’ll cover the shipping costs for your replacement items.

Non-Returnable Items

To ensure the safety and hygiene of our products for all customers, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened or used products (for your safety and that of other customers)
  • Cleansing Wipes & Removers (due to hygiene considerations)
  • Products with broken seals or damaged packaging
  • Final sale items (clearly marked during purchase)
