Important Note: We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of delivery. All returned items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging with seals intact.

Refund Information

Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we’ll process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method:

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-7 business days to appear on your statement
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days to reflect in your account
Please note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we’ll cover the shipping costs for your replacement items.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Cleansing Wipes & Removers (due to hygiene considerations)
  • Products with broken seals or damaged packaging
